February’s Testing Zone
In the testing zone this month we have some new fragrances that I’m currently trying out. These are some nice ones ready for the Spring season. We have Gardenia, Freesia and Lilac. We also have on test Coconut and Sex on the Beach for an early taste of Summer. Also in the testing zone is a perennial favourite of French Vanilla and an up and coming Toasted Hazelnut. I’m hoping that they will be good throwers of both cold and hot.
Also in the testing zone this month, and probably for some months to come are pillars. At the moment I’m just playing around with some 2″ diameter ones. Despertely trying to get the hang of wicking them correctly. It’s an ongoing process as soy wax is one of the hardest waxes to work with, especially when making pillars.
Have I bitten more than I can chew? We’ll have to wait and see!
