Finally Did It
Well I finally did it. I have gone live with my new website.
After much faffing about with shopping carts, website templates, colour schemes, logo design and heaven know what else my new site is finally complete.
I have decided to use Joomla as the basis of my new site. This will allow it to grow to cover my future needs from my site.
It’s quite basic, nothing too fancy. Nice little content management there with a shopping cart. I would later like to add a forum, picture gallery and maybe an online chat facility. Who knows.
So the pictures aren’t too brilliant. Need to get a decent digital camera and make myself a lightbox. I found some instructions the other day to make one out of a cardboard box. Haven’t had the chance to do anything about that yet. Need to find a suitable box. I’ll have to raid my local Tesco. Once that is complete then I’ll re take my piccies and hopefully they’ll turn out a bit more professional looking.
Main thing is that no matter what my pictures look like my soy candles and melts smell pretty awesome. Everyone who has used them are extremely happy with them. At the moment it’s only been family and friends but with my site now live I’m hoping that others will agree too.
